A good download starts with the right link

Copy the link to an individual Reel, video or post. A profile, search result or feed address often does not identify a downloadable file. Open the post in its original app or browser, use its Share menu, and choose Copy link. SaveFlow detects the platform from the address.

What happens if a link does not work?

Check that the original media still opens without signing in. Deleted posts, expired Stories, regional restrictions and platform changes can prevent extraction. Public visibility does not guarantee that a platform provides a downloadable file. Try the original direct link and avoid repeatedly submitting the same failed request.

A public post is still protected by its creator’s rights. Save your own media, obtain permission where needed, and keep any attribution or license conditions with the file. Do not use downloaded material to impersonate, harass or invade someone’s privacy. Responsible use

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about public links, privacy, supported media and common errors.

What links can I submit?
Use the direct public link to one video, Reel, post or image. A profile, search or feed address may not identify a media file.
Does SaveFlow access private accounts?
No. SaveFlow does not request passwords, cookies or private sessions and does not bypass sign-in, payment or technical protection.
Which formats and quality will I get?
The result shows formats returned by the source. MP4, WebM, audio or images may be available, depending on the media. Unavailable resolutions are not invented.
Where is my downloaded file?
Check your browser’s Downloads list or your device’s Files app. Moving it into Photos or Gallery may require a separate device action.
Why can a public link fail?
The source may require sign-in, restrict a region, remove the file or temporarily limit requests. Check the exact original link and wait before retrying.
Can I reuse someone else’s media?
Public visibility is not a reuse license. Save media you own or have permission to use, and preserve required attribution and license terms.
